In order to more accurately test the experimental data of semi-finished and finished products, an elasticity testing machine was customized and an upgraded fatigue testing machine was optimized in June 2024. So far, the company has successively developed and purchased more than ten testing equipment, including tensile testing machines, static pressure testing platforms, tail brush wear testing machines, Rockwell hardness testers, Vickers hardness testers, salt spray testing machines, fatigue testing machines, magnetic particle flaw detectors, elasticity testing machines, as well as pull brush testing machines that simulate on-site working conditions. The company has also obtained relevant patent certificates, providing valuable reference data for internal enterprises and the industry, and playing a model role.

Regarding raw materials, the quality varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and the company has conducted thousands of tests to screen out high-quality suppliers. And conduct a retest every time the raw materials enter the factory to ensure stable quality of the raw materials.

Based on the experimental accumulation of fatigue, elasticity, wear resistance and other parameters of semi-finished products, analyze the reasonable process for semi-finished products used in shield tail brushes, and provide precise parameters for the special heat treatment process of imported steel plates. We have achieved products with stable quality and performance that exceed industry standards, allowing customers to feel at ease and save money and effort, while also gaining recognition and trust from a large number of customers.

For finished products, 2-3 shield tail brushes are randomly selected from each batch of customer orders for destructive testing. By the end of 2024, a total of over 3000 tests have been conducted. Through these tests, a large amount of data has been accumulated and analyzed on the wear resistance, rebound force, and fatigue frequency of the shield tail brushes. This provides a reliable basis for the selection of applications for each working condition and formation.
