PRODUCT OVERVIEW：

The reinforced wire brush is a high-performance sealing product developed for extremely complex geological conditions and challenging tunnel projects. Based on the standard wire brush, it adopts upgraded materials, optimized structures and innovative processes to greatly improve sealing reliability, wear resistance and service life. The protection plate is treated by quenching and tempering for a better match between hardness and elasticity, low internal stress and stable performance. It features higher maximum pressure bearing capacity, extended wear life, fewer replacements, excellent impact and deformation resistance, corrosion resistance and reliable sealing performance.

APPLICATION SCENARIOS AND WORKING CONDITIONS：

· High water pressure strata: river and subsea tunnels (e.g., river-crossing tunnels, sea-crossing tunnels). 

· Complex geology: sand layers with confined water, cobble layers and rock fracture zones.

· Long-distance tunnels: projects with a single tunneling length exceeding 2 km, requiring ultra-long durability of the tail seal brush. 

· Large-diameter shield: the larger the tunnel diameter, the harder it is to control tail deformation, which imposes stricter requirements on the elasticity of sealing parts. 

· Environments: chemically corrosive contaminated soil zones and high-salinity water areas.
