It is fabricated from multiple high-quality spring steel plates and treated with a special quenching and tempering heat treatment process. It features outstanding elasticity, toughness and

 fatigue resistance, as well as excellent wear resistance, ultra-high rigidity and compressive strength, superior durability, stable sealing performance, and functions of guiding and positioning.

APPLICATION SCENARIOS AND WORKING CONDITIONS：

High water pressure, deep-buried tunnels, long-distance tunneling and large-diameter shield tunnels. In environments where the tail seal bears extremely high external pressure, water-rich 

sand layers, gravel layers and rock formations are highly abrasive to the seal brushes. The outstanding wear resistance of the steel plate brush guarantees the durability and reliability of the

 sealing system under such harsh geological conditions.
