PRODUCT OVERVIEW：

The portal brush (portal sealing device) is a critical sealing component installed on the shield tail of the shield machine or the inner side of the tunnel portal steel ring. It is mainly composed of high-strength steel wires, special steel plates, spring assemblies and sealing grease. During shield launching, breakthrough and tunneling, it dynamically seals the annular gap between the shield shell and tunnel segments or the tunnel portal, preventing groundwater, soil, sand and grouting slurry from intruding into the tunnel to guarantee construction safety and project quality.

APPLICATION SCENARIOS AND WORKING CONDITIONS：

Portal sealing for shield launching and breakthrough: Mounted on the pre-embedded portal steel ring of the station or shaft, it provides sealing when the shield machine enters and exits the portal to prevent the ingress of surrounding soil and water.
